1. User Generated Content (UGC) & Behavior

Users are strictly prohibited from posting offensive, abusive, spam, or illegal content in the community, chat, or feed. Users can 'Report' or 'Block' abusive users/content. The authority will take strict action against reported content within 24 hours.

2. Child Safety & Zero Tolerance

We have a zero-tolerance policy against any content that endangers children. Posting, sharing, or promoting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) will result in an immediate permanent ban and reporting to law enforcement agencies.

3. Marketplace & Payments

Our marketplace operates strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. There is no advance payment or virtual wallet system within the app.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Users must check products upon delivery. If a product is defective, it can be returned instantly to the delivery person. For post-delivery issues, users must contact 'Amar Help Support' within 24 hours.

5. Reward Points & Milestones

Users can earn reward points by using various app features.
These points have NO cash value and cannot be converted into real money.
Points can only be redeemed for physical milestone gifts (e.g., T-shirts, Earbuds).

6. Copyright

If any content (e.g., PDF books) violates your copyright, please contact our support with proof, and we will remove it immediately.

7. Account Suspension

The authority reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account without prior notice if they violate these terms or Google Play Store policies.
