1. User Generated Content (UGC) & Behavior

Users are strictly prohibited from posting offensive, abusive, spam, or illegal content in the community, chat, or feed. Users can 'Report' or 'Block' abusive users/content. The authority will take strict action (including content removal and account bans) against reported content within 24 hours.

2. Marketplace & Payments

Our marketplace operates strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. There is no advance payment or virtual wallet system within the app.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Users must check products upon delivery. If a product is defective, it can be returned instantly to the delivery person. For post-delivery issues, users must contact 'Amar Help Support' within 24 hours. Approved refunds will be processed via local mobile banking services.

4. Reward Points & Milestones

Disclaimer: Google and Google Play Store are NOT sponsors of, nor are they involved in any way with, the rewards, points, or milestone gifts provided in this app.

5. Copyright

If any content (e.g., PDF books) violates your copyright, please contact our support with proof, and we will remove it immediately.

6. Account Suspension

The authority reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account without prior notice if they violate these terms or Google Play Store policies.
